Warm a Heart, Give a Bed
We are so excited to be joining together this fall, to provide as many winter essentials as we can for those who need them, and to serve this special ministry - playing a role in equipping them to do what God has called them to do. Read about Amy’s House below, and then find the details of how you can get involved.
Amy’s House of Hope is a ministry in Princeton, WV that is close to the heart of Harvest. It was inspired by the late Amy Lambert, a dear friend and young woman who delivered the Gospel at harvest years ago, who was relentless in her love and passion for serving those living in poverty, homelessness, and addiction. At Amy’s House of Hope they are dedicated to serving the most vulnerable members of their community. Their mission is to meet the immediate needs of those who are struggling with poverty, while introducing them to the hope that can only be found in Jesus. They believe in loving people where they are, providing more than just physical resources.
They offer an environment of acceptance, compassion, and spiritual guidance. Through their outreach, they strive to be the hands and feet of Christ in their community.
The people they serve are often bound in difficult situations —struggling with addiction, loss, financial hardship, and more. At Amy’s House of Hope, they are committed to offering not just temporary relief but eternal solutions through the love and message of Christ.
