We’d love to give you a little bit of information to help you feel prepared for your child’s first visit to harvest kids.
**We recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the service to give yourself time to get your children checked in and get seated in the worship service.
First, in the parking lot you'll see signs that will direct you to the kid's ministry that fits your child's age group. There you will meet one of our team members and check your child into our secure check-in system, and then you and one of our volunteers will lead your child to their age-appropriate room.
Upon checking in for the first time, we will ask for the following personal information (Note: We value your privacy and will not share this information with anyone):
Parent/guardian name(s)
Child's name
Child's birthdate
Home address
Phone number
Any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for your children
(Please bring any needed items for your child such as diapers, blankets they may desire, bottles, pacifiers, etc.)
Ready to Visit?
To streamline your child's check-in upon arrival, create a Household. Start by clicking "Add Household" below and entering your family details. When you arrive, our check-in volunteer will add a birthday and/or grade to check your child in. If your child has any allergies or other important information, please let the check-in volunteer know.
After that, download the Church Center App using the link provided below. The app will allow you to update your household information, sign up for events, view the calendar, and much more!
Before Service: After finding your child’s name in the database, you and your child will be given matching name tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion while you hold on to the matching tag.
After Service: After the service is complete, you will return to your child’s room and show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you.
During Service: In the event that we need to contact you during the service, your child’s identification code will appear on the screen. We ask that you exit the auditorium immediately and look for a staff member or volunteer who will direct you to your child’s room.
